Cancelling support tickets with no answers

I placed an order on May 26 and its listed as "awaiting fulfillment".

I have sent several emails (aka support tickets) with zero response.

I just discovered they have been closed - with no product shipped and no answers?

If this is how this company operates then good luck to anyone ordering from the Canadian site.
