I tried 4 times so far- on hold for at least one hour. When I finally talk to someone- they take my info and put me on hold again. After a few minutes on hold- I get hung up on. Four times now. There is no excuse for this, not even Covid-19. This is a tech company that should be able to work remotely for customer service.

I also submitted two tickets and have had no response.

As of this moment- I am on hold again and I'm caller 15 in the que!

  • Follow up- I made it all the way to caller 7 in the Que after 44 minutes and they hung up on me!
