Terrible Customer Support

Have been trying to contact Renogy since May 4 with no luck. My purchase was due to arrive on May 15 and it hasn't even shipped yet! I have submitted two tickets and they both haven't been replied to and their phone line says they are experiencing technical differences. I will not be using Renogy again. Anyone else have this experience?

  • I do apologize for the current delays, we are doing our best to get orders out in a timely manner. There are also a lot of issues with transit times because of our shipping carrier delays dealing with COVID-19 circumstances. Please be patient with us as we are here to help in any manner.
